So here we are. The book Paladin’s Redemption is done and available in Amazon. You can purchase it here.
Odds are though that if you’re here it’s because you’ve already purchased it, and in that case I say thank you. I am grateful for each and every sale or click or borrow. It’s been a ride. I’ve changed jobs twice since the book began and moved each time. More than most I understand that the economy isn’t great, that money is tight, and I’m grateful you’ve spent some of that hard-earned money on my work. I believe a great book is one you can get lost in, one that takes you away from life for a few hours and puts you in a new world. I hope I’ve delivered.
The Kingdom’s Forge is about the birth and rise of a kingdom. As most of you know in order to build you often have to destroy, and that in a nutshell is what Paladin’s Redemption is about.
Just wanted to say I really enjoyed the book. I will defiantly be looking forward to the next one. And as an aside who ever did you editing did a great job. Didn’t see the problems most first release books have with editing and that is a wonderful thing.
Also loved the cover art for the book. It’s what caught my eye to look at it.
Another side note. Thanks for putting it in Kindle Unlimited. Allowed me to read it when I didn’t have the cash to spare (due to other books mainly). And another side note plan on buying it so I can keep it instead of just having it temporary.
Great book, Great job, looking forward to the next one.
Great to hear from you Charlie. I appreciate your kind words about my work.
Kindle unlimited is working out well for both the readers and myself at this point. I am planning a follow-up release and there will be a blog post soon regarding it. Thanks.
Awesome book. I’m about 4 chapters in and really enjoy how it flows. May I ask how long it took you to write it?
FYI, there’s a discussion going on about how great your book is here. http://www.kboards.com/index.php?topic=210327.new;topicseen#new
I wanted to chime in with what Joe said. We are over on Kboards analyzing your success as a debut author and despite your post about luck we are a pretty analytical lot and sure that something else was done in an effort to promote your book. You may not want to share with us on those forums but it would be interesting if you would. I think the subcategories and subsequent #1 tags helped a lot but again I could be wrong. Let us know if you wouldn’t mind participating more than you have and at any rate best of luck with your writing career!
Paladins Redemption was one of the best books I’ve read in a long time! I actually stumbled across your page here in hopes of finding out the name of the next book. I will be awaiting the release to the next book in the series. I’ve already told friends and coworkers of this awesome book, and several are also very interested. Love the story line, the characters, the details, the magic, the fighting, EVERYTHING! I just finished the book today and can’t wait for book 2! 🙂
Good luck in everything you do.
Just wanted to give you a head’s up, your colon is missing in the buy here link after http making it invalid.
Your book was suggested at a scifi book club on Sunday…sounds awesome!
